01 / From rough idea to useful surface

A working answer to a difficult question..

A terminal interface for personal finance tracking, built with Textual, SQLite, and Pydantic. The work began as a focused response to a real constraint: make a complex idea easier to use, inspect, and trust.

I treated Cacheflow as a system rather than a single surface, giving the underlying logic a visible rhythm through clear states, deliberate boundaries, and small moments of feedback.

A practical experiment with a point of view. The result is an ongoing signal in the archive: useful enough to run, opinionated enough to remember.

01Python

The primary material: the part of Cacheflow that gives the system its character.

02Textual

A supporting layer that keeps the library experience coherent, testable, and ready to evolve.

03SQLite

A supporting layer that keeps the library experience coherent, testable, and ready to evolve.

04Pydantic

A supporting layer that keeps the library experience coherent, testable, and ready to evolve.
